Phase 4: Selections & Construction Prep

Fixtures, finishes, appliances, and custom details are finalized. We confirm pricing with contractors, select the team, and prepare the building board alteration package.

Phase 5: Construction

Trusted contractors and craftspeople build the design while we oversee progress and protect every detail.

Phase 6: Furnishing & Décor

In tandem with construction, we develop the furnishings and layered details that turn a house into a home.

Phase 7: Completion & Installation

Installation day. We oversee every delivery, placement, and styling touch until the rooms feel finished, cohesive, and ready for you.
